How long does the print take to be created?

Our Watercolour prints take 1-3 days to create, whilst our Soundwaves and Maps take between 1-2 days. 

Is my image good enough?

If you are unsure about your image for any of our portraits please do contact us at captureartuk@gmail.com and we can confirm if it is ok to work with. We usually suggest sending the original file rather than screenshots but we can work with these as well. The higher the quality the better the final print!

How long does delivery take?

All prints are shipped from the UK. We ship everything via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for which takes on average 1-3 working days for UK delivery and 3-5 working days for Europe delivery. All orders to the USA and Canada are sent international tracked and signed and take on average 6-7 business days.

Will I get to see my art before it is printed?

We always send out a proof for all our watercolour portraits and are able to make changes if needed. We will not print until we have your approval, delays in yourself confirming will delay the dispatch time.

How are the prints packaged?

All our sizes up to and including A4 are packaged in hardback envelopes. All sizes above this are packaged in postal tubes. Your print will flatten out once in a frame.

Do you offer frames?

Unfortunately we do not offer frames, however your print will be set up to the size ordered ready to be placed in a frame.

My print has arrived damaged.

If your print arrives damaged please contact us with clear photos of the damage and we will send out a replacement print.
